SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Lori A. Olendzki of Jacksonville, who 
4passed away on March 22, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was born on December 15, 1960 in 
6Springfield; her parents were John J. and Patricia Craddock 
7Roth; she married Donald Olendzki on October 21, 1995 in 
8Jacksonville; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was a 1979 graduate of Routt 
10Catholic High School; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was the owner and operator of 
12Artistic Hair By Lori for 30 years, where she was well known 
13for her outgoing personality; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was active with the Jacksonville 
15Jaycees and enjoyed creating stained glass and flower gardening 
16in her spare time; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki was preceded in death by her mother; 
18and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Lori Olendzki is survived by her husband, Donald;

1her father, John Roth (Marie Coonen); her sons, Aaron (Judi) 
2Lahey and Nicholas (Trisha) Olendzki; her grandson, Dominick 
3Olendzki; her brothers, Tom (Kathy) Roth and Joseph (Diana) 
4Roth; and her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
  
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
7family and friends, mourn the passing of Lori A. Olendzki; and 
8be it further
  
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
10presented to the family of Lori Olendzki as an expression of 
11our sympathy.
