SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Kathleen Boyle of McHenry, who passed 
4away on March 19, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle was born in Chicago to James W. and 
6Bernice C. (Bessler) O'Brien on May 23, 1951; she married 
7Patrick J. Boyle on June 20, 1977; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle was a teacher's assistant in 
9McHenry schools; she later worked in real estate in the McHenry 
10area; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle was a life-member of American 
12Northwest Turners; she was a loving mother and grandmother and 
13enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids, talking with 
14her friends, and poker nights with her cousins; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle was preceded in death by her 
16husband of 35 years, Patrick; her father, James W. O'Brien; and 
17her sister, Mary Beth Casey; and
  
 
18    WHEREAS, Kathleen Boyle is survived by her children, Meggan 
19and Michael; her adoring son-in-law, Bradley Manson; her 
20beautiful grandchildren, Mara, Patricia, and Ellery Mason; her

1caring mother, Bernice O'Brien; her wonderful brother, Tim 
2O'Brien; and  many beloved family members and friends; 
3therefore, be it
  
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
6Kathleen Boyle, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
7family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
8further
  
 
9    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
10presented to  the family of  Kathleen Boyle as an expression of 
11our deepest sympathy.
