SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Donald M. Cameron of McHenry, who passed 
4away on May 7, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron was born in Barrington to George 
6and Eva (Lytle) Cameron on May 2, 1939; he attended Wauconda 
7High School and  enlisted in the United States Army in 1957, 
8proudly serving his country until 1962; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron married Regina Celliti on May 8, 
101965; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron was a member of the Island Lake 
12American Legion and the Island Lake Lions Club; he was involved 
13in many bowling and horseshoe leagues; he coached Little League 
14Baseball and was an avid NASCAR fan; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron was preceded in death by his wife, 
16Regina; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Donald Cameron is survived by his two sons, 
18Patrick (Patricia) and William; his dear friend, Elsie 
19Rosenquist; and his brother, Douglas Cameron; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Donald M. Cameron, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to  the family of  Donald Cameron as an expression of 
8our deepest sympathy.
