SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Christine Para, who passed away on May 8, 
42016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Christine Para was born on November 12, 1968 in 
6Chicago; her parents were Robert A. Hunt and Mary K. Landeck; 
7and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Christine Para was a dedicated and passionate 
9social worker for at-risk teenagers; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Christine Para is preceded in death by her mother, 
11Mary Landeck, and her grandfather, Edward Landeck; and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, Christine Para is survived by her husband, Chris; 
13her children, Kristen (Adam) Hundley, Christopher Para, and 
14Anthony Para; her grandchildren, Bella and Reed Hundley; her 
15father, Robert Hunt; her stepmother, Carol Hunt; and her 
16siblings, Greg Fundahn, Cammy (Dave) Gertz, and Liza (Dean) 
17Bobel; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
20family and friends, mourn the passing of Christine Para; and be
