SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Phyllis Zupec of Waukegan, who passed 
4away on May 22, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Phyllis Zupec was born on April 28, 1949 in 
6Ottumwa, Iowa; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Phyllis Zupec retired from Dieck, Arenas, and 
8Associates; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Phyllis Zupec enjoyed spending time at her 
10family's second home in Wisconsin, reading, and spending time 
11with her grandchildren; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Phyllis Zupec was preceded in death by her 
13granddaughter, Kaitlyn; her parents; and her brother, Lester; 
14and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Phyllis Zupec is survived by her husband, Gregory 
16M. Zupec; her children, Keith (Stacey) Zupec, Todd (Tara) 
17Zupec, Tina (Scott Thomas) Zupec, and Scott (Jamie) Zupec; and 
18her grandchildren,  Ryan, Kyle, Dane, Benjamin, Abigail, and 
19Olivia; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Phyllis Zupec, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to  the family of  Phyllis Zupec as an expression of 
8our deepest sympathy.
