SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Norman R. "Rusty" Koehler of Springfield, 
4who passed away on May 29, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Norman Koehler was born on February 15, 1960; his 
6parents were Norman and Bonnie Koehler; he married Sheryl Lynch 
7on June 13, 1987 in Hillsboro; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Norman Koehler was an avid musician who was 
9passionate about his wife, his family and friends, his music, 
10and the music community; he also had an incredible love for 
11animals; and

  
 
12    WHEREAS, Norman Koehler is survived by his wife, Sheryl 
13Koehler; his parents; his children, Paul Koehler and Kelly 
14Brockhouse; his granddaughters, Kyleigh and Makayla 
15Brockhouse; his sisters, Candace Alexander and Kathi Koehler 
16Leepper; and his niece, Andrea Alexander; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
19family and friends, mourn the passing of Norman R. "Rusty" 
20Koehler; and be it further
