SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Cynthia Ann Hinds of Carlinville, who 
4passed away on June 22, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds was born in Carlinville to Norman 
6and Janie (Rhodes) Vance on June 18, 1959; she married Larry 
7Hinds in Oak Grove, Missouri on June 18, 2010; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds was the former owner of Alley Cat 
9Casuals; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds enjoyed spending time with her 
11family and friends and her dog, Kozzi; she loved watching 
12design and decorating shows; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds was preceded in death by her 
14husband, Larry; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Cynthia Hinds is survived by her parents; her  
16children, Quinn (Bobbie Ann) Reiher, Danley Reiher, and Carmen 
17(Aaron) Coe; her sister, Pam (Gary) Dilley; her  brother, Brad 
18(Wendy) Vance; her grandson, Bryson Coe; and her  nieces and 
19nephews, Meghan (Jason) Allen, David (Katie) Cervi, Jordan 
20Cervi, Whitney (Neil) Ringer, McKenzie Vance, Lauren (Dalton)

2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Cynthia Ann Hinds, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
5family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
6further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to  the family of  Cynthia Hinds as an expression of 
9our deepest sympathy.
