| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Phillip Moulton of Waukegan, who passed |
| 4 | | away on June 28, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Phillip Moulton was born on February 10, 1947 in |
| 6 | | Waukegan; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Phillip Moulton served his country in the United |
| 8 | | States Army; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Phillip Moulton is survived by his loving wife, |
| 10 | | Stephanie; five sons; three daughters; his brother; seven |
| 11 | | sisters, and many other relatives and friends; therefore, be it
|
| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his |
| 14 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Phillip Moulton; and |
| 15 | | be it further
|
| 16 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 17 | | presented to the family of Phillip Moulton as an expression of |
| 18 | | our sympathy.
