SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of James William Graham of Milan, who passed 
4away on April 28, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, James Graham was born in Clarksville, Missouri on 
6June 26, 1935; he served in the United States Air Force from 
71954 to 1958; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, James Graham was a sheet metal worker for Sheet 
9Metal Local 91 in Rock Island; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, James Graham was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran 
11Church in Milan and American Legion Post 246 in  Moline; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, James Graham was preceded in death by his son, 
13Daniel Graham; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, James Graham is survived by his  children, Scott 
15Graham, Tracie Campbell, Michelle Graham, James C. Graham and 
16Amanda Graham; five grandchildren; and six 
17great-grandchildren; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

2family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
