SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Robert J. Fridlund of Elk Grove Village, 
4who passed away on July 16, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Robert Fridlund was married to Norine for 54 
6years; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Robert Fridlund retired from Illinois Bell/AT&T 
8after 33 years of service; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Robert Fridlund served in the United States Navy; 
10and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Robert Fridlund was a 4th Degree member of the 
12Albert Cardinal Meyer Knights of Columbus Council 5751; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Robert Fridlund were the beloved father of Julie 
14(Chris) Martin, Colleen Muff, Christopher (Joyce), and Stephen 
15Fridlund; the cherished grandfather of Megan, Kayla (Cole) 
16Pfeiffer, Emily Kadrich, Jaqueline Muff, and Jacob and Linnea 
17Fridlund; and the great-grandfather of Brayden Pfeiffer and 
18Sophie Kadrich; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
2Robert J. Fridlund, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
3family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

6presented to  the family of  Robert Fridlund as an expression of 
7our deepest sympathy.
