SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Judy A. McGurn of Crystal Lake, who 
4passed away on July 20, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Judy McGurn was born in Evanston to Jo-Ann Reuter 
6Spielman on December 3, 1960; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Judy McGurn worked for many years at The Breakers 
8in Crystal Lake, where she started busing tables and did every 
9job in between before becoming the manager; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Judy McGurn enjoyed traveling and music; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Judy McGurn was preceded in death by a brother, 
12James Spielman; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Judy McGurn is survived by her fiance, Tony Amber; 
14her mother; her aunt, Phyllis Hall; her daughter, Emily McGurn; 
15her son, James McGurn Jr.; her sisters, Karen Csech (Steve 
16Martin), Barbara Schulze, and Deborah (John) McGurn; and her 
17nieces and nephews Paul, Scott, and Thomas Csech, Sierra 
18Schulze, Matthew McGurn, and Kristina, Katherine, and David Jr. 
19Quinney; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Judy A. McGurn, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to          the family of Judy McGurn as an expression of 
8deepest sympathy.
