SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Emily Marie Chicoine of Marengo, who 
4passed away on July 25, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Emily Chicoine was born in Barrington to 
6Christopher P. and Angela M. (Camelon) Chicoine on March 27, 
72000; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Emily Chicoine was a student at the SEDOM Center 
9(Special Education District of McHenry County), where she  was a 
10cheerleader and participated in the dance program; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Emily Chicoine enjoyed spending time walking and 
12listening to music and television; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Emily Chicoine was preceded in death by her 
14father, Christopher; her grandparents, Harry and Lorraine 
15Chicoine, and Gerald Camelon; and her uncle, Darrell (Joanne) 
16Chicoine; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Emily Chicoine is survived by her mother,  Angela; 
18her twin sister, Sarah; her brother, Daniel; her grandmother, 
19Joanne Camelon; her uncles, Christopher (Jen) Camelon, Matthew 
20(Candy) Camelon, Glenn (Kathy) Chicoine, and Randall (Kathie)

1Chicoine; and her cousins, Phyllis (Justin) Smoot, and Dianne 
2Chicoine; therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
5Emily Marie Chicoine, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
6family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
7further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to  the family of  Emily Chicoine as an expression of 
10our deepest sympathy.
