SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Mary Ann LeMieux-Bellows of Ingleside, 
4who passed away on August 29, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Mary Ann LeMieux-Bellows was born on May 8, 1936 
6in Chicago; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Mary Ann LeMieux-Bellows retired from customer 
8service at Medline Industries to help raise her grandchildren; 
9and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Mary Ann LeMieux-Bellows was preceded in death by 
11her first husband, Richard "Dick" LeMieux, and her sister, Rose 
12(Thomas "Bud") Templeton; and

  
 
13    WHEREAS, Mary Ann LeMieux-Bellows is survived by her 
14husband, Richard Bellows; her daughter, Danielle (Angel) 
15Miranda; her grandchildren, Angel, Ricky, Hector, and Iliana 
16Miranda; her sister, Theresa (Carl) Del-Pilar Bogar; her 
17stepchildren, Linda (David) Dickson, Anna (Mike) Fountaine, 
18Elizabeth (George) Fuller, and Chris Bellows; and many close 
19relatives; therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
2family and friends, mourn the passing of Mary Ann 
3LeMieux-Bellows; and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Mary Ann LeMieux-Bellows as an 
6expression of our sympathy.
