SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Dean Michael Glash, who passed away on 
4August 6, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Dean Glash was born on November 24, 1956 in 
6Chicago; his parents were Richard and Jeanette Glash; he 
7married Kimburly A. Murphy on March 18, 1978 in Woodstock; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Dean Glash graduated from McHenry High School in 
91975; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Dean Glash enjoyed spending time with his 
11grandchildren, going to the Wisconsin Dells with his family, 
12going to casinos, roller skating, bowling, golfing, boating, 
13snowmobiling, motocross, and playing Santa Claus; he also had 
14the great talents of a wood craftsman and enjoyed making cedar 
15chests, dollhouses, and magazine stands for family members; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Dean Glash was preceded in death by his wife, 
17Kimburly; his parents; his brother-in-law, Ronald Pawelczak; 
18and his father-in-law, Albert L. (Bob) Murphy; and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Dean Glash is survived by his son, Kyle (Angela) 
20Glash; his grandchildren, Breanna Pauli and Michael Dean Glash;

1his sisters, Richanne (Ronald) Nicolai, Wileen (David) 
2Peterson, and Tina Pawelczak; many nieces and nephews; and his 
3mother-in-law, Wanita L. Murphy; therefore, be it
  
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
6family and friends, mourn the passing of Dean Michael Glash; 
7and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to the family of Dean Glash as an expression of our 
10sympathy.
