SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of William J. Mooney of Lake Forest, who 
4passed away on September 29, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, William Mooney was born in Highland Park to 
6William and Marjorie Mooney on July 2, 1930; and
  
 
  
7    WHEREAS, William Mooney was a 65-year member of Pipe 
8Fitters Union Local #597; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, William Mooney was preceded in death by his wife, 
10Marian (Shiel); and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, William Mooney is survived by his children, Carol 
12(Rolf) Andersson, Shirley (Mario) Moretti, Patrick Mooney, and 
13Linda Ramsey; his grandchildren, Laurie (Tom) Kraenzle, and 
14Joshua Ramsey; his great-granddaughter, Savannah Kraenzle; and 
15his sister, Carol Skarin; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18William J. Mooney, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
