SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Todd Michael Domin, who passed away on 
4September 14, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Todd Domin was born on October 29, 1971 in Berwyn; 
6his parents were Brian and Barb Domin; he married Sarah 
7Elizabeth Mooberry on July 16, 2011; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Todd Domin attended Elgin Area School District U46 
9schools and studied economics and earned his MBA from Northern 
10Illinois University; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Todd Domin enjoyed spending time with his wife and 
12daughters, going to the movies, making his own beer and wine, 
13traveling, and being involved at First Presbyterian Church; and

  
 
14    WHEREAS, Todd Domin is survived by his beloved wife, Sarah; 
15his daughters, Madeline and Lilly; his parents; his brother, 
16Scott (Karen) Domin; his sister, Debbie (John) Loose; his 
17nieces, Emillie (Tracy) Andrea, Madison (Keating), and Cali 
18(Keating); and many cousins, aunts, and uncles; therefore, be 
19it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL

1ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his 
2family and friends, mourn the passing of Todd Michael Domin;

6sympathy.
