| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Leroy Delano Freeman of Waukegan, who |
| 4 | | passed away on October 21, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Leroy Freeman was born in Muscle Shoals, Alabama |
| 6 | | on July 13, 1939; after graduating, he moved to Waukegan; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Leroy Freeman worked for Goodyear and Abbott |
| 8 | | Laboratories; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Leroy Freeman is survived by his sons, Stacey |
| 10 | | (Dionne) Freeman, Terryl (Kimberley) Freeman, and Keithron |
| 11 | | (Holly) Freeman; his grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsey, Terryl Jr., |
| 12 | | Trent, Tierra, Keaira, and Christian; his sister, Myrtle |
| 13 | | (Oscar) Fields; his brother, Bennie Brent; his special friends, |
| 14 | | Little X Vorns and Betty Ingram; and a host of nieces, nephews, |
| 15 | | relatives, and friends; therefore, be it
