SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Ronald S. Tomaszewski of McHenry who 
4passed away on September 26, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Ronald Tomaszewski was born in Chicago to Stanley 
6and Helen (Tuman) Tomaszewski on March 8, 1938; after high 
7school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps; he 
8married  Donna Radiker in Glen Ellyn on October 23, 1976; he and 
9his wife moved to Spring Grove in 1978; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Ronald Tomaszewski spent over 38 years of his life 
11as a draftsman, much of which was spent working for Terra Cotta 
12Industries; he was also a proprietor for Water Dogs on the 
13Chain of Lakes and  for Terry O'Toole's Hot Dogs in Round Lake; 
14and
  
 
  
15    WHEREAS, Ronald Tomaszewski was preceded in death by his 
16parents and his brother-in-law, Nicholas Perrino; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Ronald Tomaszewski is survived by his wife, Donna; 
18his children, David Tomaszewski, Russel Tomaszewski, and 
19Krista (Greg) Findley; his grandchildren, Lisa (Matthew) Holm, 
20and Matthew Findley; his great-grandson, Matthew; and his 
21sister, Bernadette Perrino; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Ronald S. Tomaszewski, and extend our sincere condolences to 
4his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to  the family of  Ronald Tomaszewski of McHenry as an 
8expression of our deepest sympathy.
