SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Frank E. McNichols, Sr. of Forest Park, 
4who passed away on May 6, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Frank McNichols, Sr. was born on February 13, 
61939; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Frank McNichols, Sr. will be fondly remembered by 
8all who knew and loved him as a gentleman, a loving father, and 
9a devout Catholic; he loved trivia and sports, especially the 
10Chicago White Sox; he enjoyed handball and gaming, and coming 
11up with clever puns; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Frank McNichols, Sr. was preceded in death by his 
13siblings, Austin McNichols and Marilyn Hosty; and

  
 
14    WHEREAS, Frank McNichols, Sr. is survived by his children, 
15Frank (Kate), Kelly (John) Moore, Tony, and Maureen; his 
16grandchildren, Lucy McNichols, Sean Moore, Patrick McNichols, 
17and Brigid Moore; and his sister, Jeanne Jones; therefore, be 
18it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his

1family and friends, mourn the passing of Frank E. McNichols, 
2Sr.; and be it further
  
 
3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
