| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Charles C. "Chuck" Barr Jr. of McHenry, |
| 4 | | who passed away on October 5, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Charles Barr Jr. was born in Chicago on January |
| 6 | | 28, 1942; he served in the United States Army; he married Judy |
| 7 | | in Roselle on May 12, 1973 and they spent the last 41 years in |
| 8 | | the McHenry area; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Charles Barr Jr. was preceded in death by his son, |
| 10 | | Matthew; his brother-in-law, Jack; his brother-in-law, George; |
| 11 | | his mother-in-law, Dorothy Altman; and his parents; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Charles Barr Jr. is survived by his wife of 43 |
| 13 | | years, Judy; his sons, Ryan (Jodi), Tyler (Rebecca), and Adam |
| 14 | | (Tracy) Barr; his grandchildren, Collin, Emma, Charlotte, |
| 15 | | Mayson, Owen, Jackson, Lucy, and Tyson; his sisters-in-law, |
| 16 | | Gail Williams, and Lynne (Tom) Connolly; his brother-in-law, |
| 17 | | Mike (Kate) Altman; his sister-in-law, Jan Moshure; and many |
| 18 | | nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
