| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Patricia Jean Lumpp, who passed away on |
| 4 | | September 22, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Lumpp was born on July 18, 1935 in |
| 6 | | Steubenville, Ohio; her parents were George M. and Helen A. |
| 7 | | Deemer; she married the love of her life, Raymond H. Lumpp, on |
| 8 | | February 12, 1955; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Lumpp was preceded in death by her |
| 10 | | husband, Raymond, and her sister; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Lumpp is survived by her children: |
| 12 | | Michael R. (Lee) Lumpp, Steven G. Lumpp, Patrick S. (Marilyn) |
| 13 | | Lumpp, Kathryn A. (Kurt) Bennett, and Brian J. Lumpp; 12 |
| 14 | | grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters; and two |
| 15 | | brothers; therefore, be it
|
| 16 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 17 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her |
| 18 | | family and friends, mourn the passing of Patricia Jean Lumpp; |
