SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of  Mildred Foster of North Chicago, who 
4passed away on November 6, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Mildred Foster was born on April 7, 1926; she 
6married Bert Foster, Sr. in 1955; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Mildred Foster was extremely proud to be an 
8alderwoman and a grandmother; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Mildred Foster was preceded in death by her 
10daughter, Susan; and

  
 
11    WHEREAS, Mildred Foster is survived by her husband, Bert 
12Sr.; her daughter, Jennifer (Robert) Justice; her sons, Bert 
13(Barbara) Foster, Jr. and Jeffrey Foster; her grandchildren, 
14Jordan, Ryan, Matthew, Jessica, Georgia, and Lila; and her 
15sister, Irene Kelly; therefore, be it
  
 
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her 
18family and friends, mourn the passing of Mildred Foster; and be 
19it further
