SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Arturo Silva Jr. of Mapleton, who passed 
4away on November 16, 2016; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Arturo Silva Jr. was born in Peoria to Arturo Sr. 
6and Maria Anaya Silva on July 3, 1978; he graduated from Illini 
7Bluffs High School in Glasford in 1997; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Arturo Silva Jr. worked for the KRESS Corporation 
9in Brimfield as a welder; later he worked for Thillens-ATM 
10Services; for the last three months, he worked  for Ameren as an 
11apprentice gas utility man; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Arturo Silva Jr. enjoyed fishing, hunting, and 
13being with family and friends; and
  
 
  
14    WHEREAS, Arturo Silva Jr. is survived by his parents; his 
15brother, Danny Silva; and  many other family members; therefore, 
16be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
19Arturo Silva Jr., and extend our sincere condolences to his 
20family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
