| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Patricia Ann (Kellher) Gullo, who passed |
| 4 | | away on November 8, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Gullo was born in Chicago's Logan Square |
| 6 | | neighborhood on May 28, 1930; she graduated from Josephinum |
| 7 | | Academy of the Sacred Heart and attended Wright Junior College; |
| 8 | | she met her husband Joseph S. Gullo in 1954 and they raised |
| 9 | | their seven children in Oak Park; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Gullo worked at Max Factor before raising |
| 11 | | her family; she re-entered the workforce when her youngest |
| 12 | | child was in high school; she retired in 1979; she and her |
| 13 | | husband moved to Elmwood Park in 1984; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Gullo was affectionately known as "Pat" |
| 15 | | or "Patsy"; she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren |
| 16 | | and traveling to Italy, Ireland, Panama, and elder hostels all |
| 17 | | over the United States; she eventually moved to Brookdale |
| 18 | | Senior Living in Oak Park, where she enjoyed good times with |
| 19 | | friends; and
|
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Patricia Gullo was a member of the Women's Club at |
| 21 | | St. Edmund Church; she sang with Aeolian Choice and was a Red |
