| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Carrie Mae Hilderbrand, who passed away |
| 4 | | on October 26, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Carrie Hilderbrand was born in Batesville, |
| 6 | | Mississippi to Willie and Mary Tucker on June 29, 1954; she |
| 7 | | grew up in Chicago with five brothers and one sister; she |
| 8 | | graduated from Kennedy King College with a degree in early |
| 9 | | childhood education; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Carrie Hilderbrand was an active member of |
| 11 | | Apostolic Faith Church; therefore, be it
|
| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 13 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 14 | | Carrie Mae Hilderbrand, and extend our sincere condolences to |
| 15 | | her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 16 | | further

| 17 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 18 | | presented to the family of Carrie Hilderbrand as an expression |
| 19 | | of our deepest sympathy.
