SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Kevin Michael Lehmann of Carlinville, who
4passed away on December 12, 2016; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Kevin Lehmann was born in Springfield to Dale and
6Elizabeth Ann (Walsh) Lehmann on November 19, 1969; he
7graduated from Girard High School in 1987 and Lincoln Land
8Community College in Springfield; he married Destiny Miller in
9Carlinville on February 7, 2002, they later divorced; and
 
10    WHEREAS, After college, Kevin Lehmann was employed by
11Kinney Construction in Raymond; he also worked as a bartender
12at 109 West; and
 
13    WHEREAS, Kevin Lehmann enjoyed cooking, collecting hats,
14and taking care of his family; he spent his leisure time riding
15four-wheelers with his children and enjoying the camaraderie of
16his friends while riding his Harley; he was an avid fan of the
17Chicago Cubs and the Denver Broncos and "The Walking Dead";
18when his boys were growing up he coached Little League
19Baseball; and
 
20    WHEREAS, Kevin Lehmann was preceded in death by his
21parents; and

1    WHEREAS, Kevin Lehmann is survived by his sons, Kelley
2Lehmann (Catherine Childers), Jacob Lehmann, Cameron Lehmann,
3and Colin Lehmann; his daughter, Zoey Lehmann (mother, Courtney
4Emery); his brother, Mark Lehmann (Nikki Amato); his nieces,
5Lillian and Vivian Lehmann; and several uncles and cousins;
6therefore, be it
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
9Kevin Michael Lehmann, and extend our sincere condolences to
10his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
11further
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
13presented to the family of Kevin Lehmann as an expression of
14our deepest sympathy.
