| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Jacqueline P. Twardos of Kenosha, |
| 4 | | Wisconsin, formerly of Park Ridge, who passed away at the age |
| 5 | | of 83; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Jacqueline Twardos was the beloved wife of the |
| 7 | | late John J. "Jack" Twardos Jr.; the loving mother of John |
| 8 | | (Molly), Patti (Jim) Karczewski, Maureen (Ben) Pastika, Mary |
| 9 | | Jeanne "Chick", and Jim (Karen); the devoted grandmother of |
| 10 | | Kaitlin, Jillian (Miles), Tara, Timothy, Charlie, Amanda, |
| 11 | | Daniel, Alex, Patrick, and Ryan; the dear sister-in-law of Bob |
| 12 | | (Nan) Twardos, and Paul (Kathleen "Pinky") Valenti; and the |
| 13 | | fond aunt and great-aunt of many; therefore, be it
|
| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |
| 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 16 | | Jacqueline P. Twardos, and extend our sincere condolences to |
| 17 | | her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
| 18 | | further

| 19 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 20 | | presented to the family of Jacqueline Twardos as an expression |
| 21 | | of our deepest sympathy.
