Minutes Clerk Jennifer L. Timms led the House in the Pledge of
Allegiance.
TEMPORARY COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
The Speaker announced the following temporary committee
assignments:
Representative Skinner will replace Representative Lawfer in the
Committee on Environment & Energy, for today only.
Representative Poe replaced Representative Osmond, Representative
Klingler replaced Representative Righter, and Representative Bill
Mitchell replaced Representative Winkel in the Committee on
Prosecutorial Misconduct on October 7, 1999.
