AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 109

     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 109, by deleting everything after the enacting clause and inserting the following:

“ARTICLE 1

  Section 5. The amount of $2, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for its ordinary and contingent expenses.

ARTICLE 99

  Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.”.
