AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5567

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5567 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    "Section 5.  The amount of $12,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for the purpose of making grants to the Illinois YouthBuild Coalition and for administrative expenses related to the Illinois YouthBuild Coalition.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.".
