| 3 | replacing lines 10 through 13 with the following:

| 4 | "(g) The copies of the local records required to be posted | ||||||
| 5 | by this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly shall | ||||||
| 6 | remain posted on the entity's website, or subsequent website, | ||||||
| 7 | for the length of the original record's retention period as | ||||||
| 8 | determined by the Cook County Local Records Commission or the | ||||||
| 9 | Downstate Local Records Commission.".
