| 8 | | Auditor General, the Speaker, the Minority Leader, and the |
| 9 | | Clerk of the House of Representatives and the President, the |
| 10 | | Minority Leader, and the Secretary of the Senate, the Chairs of |
| 11 | | the Appropriations Committees, and the Legislative Research |
| 12 | | Unit, as required by Section 3.1 of the General Assembly |
| 13 | | Organization Act, and filing additional copies with the State |
| 14 | | Government Report Distribution Center for the General Assembly |
| 15 | | as is required under paragraph (t) of Section 7 of the State |
