| 6 | "All projects procured using this delivery system shall comply | ||||||
| 7 | with Section 2-3.12 of the School Code and shall be subject to | ||||||
| 8 | review and approval by the State Board of Education."; and | ||||||
| 9 | on page 3, line 12, after "factors.", by inserting the | ||||||
| 10 | following: | ||||||
| 11 | "Price may not be used as a factor in the evaluation of Phase I | ||||||
| 12 | proposals."; and | ||||||
| 13 | on page 12, line 8, by deleting "cost".
