| 5 | on page 5, immediately below line 25, by inserting the | ||||||
| 6 | following: | ||||||
| 7 | "(d) All voting and non-voting members must be appointed | ||||||
| 8 | within 90 days after the effective date of this Act."; and | ||||||
| 9 | on page 5, line 26, by replacing "(d)" with "(e)"; and | ||||||
| 10 | on page 5, line 26, by deleting "chair and"; and | ||||||
| 11 | on page 6, line 6, by replacing "(e)" with "(f)"; and | ||||||
| 12 | on page 6, line 9, by replacing "(f)" with "(g)"; and | ||||||

| 1 | on page 6, immediately below line 12, by inserting the | ||||||

| 3 | "(h) The Council shall conduct its first meeting within 30 | ||||||
| 4 | days after all members have been appointed. The Council shall | ||||||
| 5 | meet quarterly after its first meeting. Additional hearings and | ||||||
| 6 | public meetings are permitted at the discretion of the members. | ||||||
| 7 | The Council may meet in person or through video or audio | ||||||
| 8 | conference."; and | ||||||
