| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 473

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 473 on page 9, line | ||||||
| 3 | 16, by deleting "and"; and | ||||||
| 4 | on page 9, by replacing line 18 with the following:

| 5 | "(6) for taxable year 2017, (i) $65,000 for qualified | ||||||
| 6 | property located in a county with 3,000,000 or more | ||||||
| 7 | inhabitants and (ii) $55,000 for qualified property | ||||||
| 8 | located in a county with fewer than 3,000,000 inhabitants; | ||||||
| 9 | and | ||||||
| 10 | (7) for taxable years 2018 and thereafter, $65,000 for | ||||||
| 11 | all qualified property.".
