AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 888 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 888, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 
41, on page 4, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the 
5following:


6    "(d) Until August 31, 2022, the number of bachelor's degree 
7in nursing programs approved by the State Board and the Board 
8of Higher Education shall not exceed 10. The following 
9community colleges are eligible for approval:
10        (1) William Rainey Harper College;
11        (2) Illinois Eastern Community Colleges;
12        (3) Illinois Valley Community College;
13        (4) Joliet Junior College;
14        (5) Kankakee Community College;
15        (6) College of Lake County;
16        (7) Lewis and Clark Community College;
17        (8) Lincoln Land Community College;
18        (9) Parkland College; and

1        (10) Carl Sandburg College.
2    Until August 31, 2022, the number of enrolled students at 
3programs established under this Section shall not exceed 7,000.
4    (d-5) In evaluating applications for programs under this 
5Section, the State Board shall evaluate program delivery 
6methods and may not approve any program that is offered 
7entirely online.".
