| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 888, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. | ||||||
| 4 | 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 1 through 3 with the | ||||||
| 5 | following:

| 6 | "(d) Until August 31, 2022, the number of bachelor's degree | ||||||
| 7 | in nursing programs approved by the State Board and the Board | ||||||
| 8 | of Higher Education shall not exceed 11. The following | ||||||
| 9 | community colleges are eligible for approval: | ||||||
| 10 | (1) William Rainey Harper College; | ||||||
| 11 | (2) Illinois Eastern Community Colleges; | ||||||
| 12 | (3) Illinois Valley Community College; | ||||||
| 13 | (4) Joliet Junior College; | ||||||
| 14 | (5) Kankakee Community College; | ||||||
| 15 | (6) College of Lake County; | ||||||
| 16 | (7) Lewis and Clark Community College; | ||||||
| 17 | (8) Lincoln Land Community College; | ||||||
| 18 | (9) Parkland College; | ||||||
| |||||||
| |||||||
| 1 | (10) Carl Sandburg College; and | ||||||
| 2 | (11) Moraine Valley Community College. | ||||||
| 3 | Until August 31, 2022, the number of enrolled students at | ||||||
| 4 | programs established under this Section shall not exceed 7,000. | ||||||
| 5 | (d-5) In evaluating applications for programs under this | ||||||
| 6 | Section, the State Board shall evaluate program delivery | ||||||
| 7 | methods and may not approve any program in which online | ||||||
| 8 | delivery is the primary program delivery method.".
