Amends "An Act concerning land", Public Act 95-982. Makes a technical change in a Section directing the Director of Corrections to convey certain real estate to Peoria County.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. "An Act concerning land", amendatory veto |
| 5 | | overridden September 22, 2008, Public Act 95-982, is amended by |
| 6 | | changing Section 10 as follows:
|
| 7 | | (P.A. 95-982, Sec. 10)
|
| 8 | | Sec. 10. The real estate described in Section 5 is no |
| 9 | | longer needed by the the State of Illinois. Therefore, the |
| 10 | | Director of Corrections, on behalf of the State of Illinois and |
| 11 | | the Department of Corrections, must convey by quit claim deed |
| 12 | | all right, title, and interest of the State of Illinois and the |
| 13 | | Department of Corrections in and to the real estate described |
| 14 | | in Section 5 of this Act to Peoria County at no additional |
| 15 | | consideration.
