| 4 | on page 3, by replacing line 18 with the following: | ||||||

| 6 | (7) one person appointed by the Director of the | ||||||
| 7 | Environmental Protection Agency to represent a national | ||||||
| 8 | waste and recycling organization; and

| 9 | (8) one person appointed by the Director of the | ||||||
| 10 | Environmental Protection Agency to represent a statewide | ||||||
| 11 | manufacturing trade association.".
