| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1807, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. | ||||||
| 4 | 3, on page 2, line 20, by replacing "party to" with "party to: | ||||||
| 5 | (1)"; and | ||||||
| 6 | on page 2, by replacing line 23 with "Assembly; or (2) the | ||||||
| 7 | renewal or extension of a contract relating to the collecting | ||||||
| 8 | and final disposition of general construction or demolition | ||||||
| 9 | debris irrespective of whether the contract automatically | ||||||
| 10 | renews, is amended, or is subject to a new request for proposal | ||||||
| 11 | after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th | ||||||
| 12 | General Assembly."; and
