AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3003

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3003 on page 1, by
3replacing lines 4 through 11 with the following:
 
4    "Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
5changing Section 6-106.1 as follows:"; and
 
6by replacing line 25 on page 5 through line 15 on page 6 with
7the following:
8"Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012; (ii) those offenses
9defined in the Cannabis Control Act except those offenses
10defined in subsections (a) and (b) of Section 4, and subsection
11(a) of Section 5 of the Cannabis Control Act; (iii) those
12offenses defined in the Illinois Controlled Substances Act;
13(iii) (iv) those offenses defined in the Methamphetamine
14Control and Community Protection Act; (iv) those offenses
15defined in the Methamphetamine Precursor Control Act; or (v)
16any offense committed or attempted in any other state or

1against the laws of the United States, which if committed or
2attempted in this State would be punishable as one or more of
3the foregoing offenses; (vi) the offenses defined in Section
44.1 and 5.1 of the Wrongs to Children Act or Section 11-9.1A of
5the Criminal Code of 1961 or the Criminal Code of 2012; (vii)
6those offenses defined in Section 6-16 of the Liquor Control
7Act of 1934; and (viii) those offenses defined in the
8Methamphetamine Precursor Control Act;"; and
 
9on page 7, by replacing lines 9 through 10 with the following:
10"to commit: (i) a misdemeanor within the last 5 years; (ii) one
11or more felony offenses defined in the Cannabis Control Act; or
12(iii) any offense committed or"; and
 
13on page 7, by deleting lines 15 through 23; and
 
14on page 7, line 24, by replacing "18" with "17"; and
 
15on page 7, by replacing lines 25 through 26 with the following:
16"to commit: (i) a misdemeanor within the last 5 years; (ii) one
17or more felony offenses defined in Section 6-16 of the Liquor
18Control Act of 1934; or (iii) any".
