| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3529

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3529 on page 2, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 16 through 23 with the following:

| 4 | "The Department may offer Lotto, Lucky Day Lotto, Mega | ||||||
| 5 | Millions, Powerball, Pick 3, Pick 4, and other draw games that | ||||||
| 6 | are offered at retail locations, as well as interactive instant | ||||||
| 7 | win games, through the Internet program. The interactive | ||||||
| 8 | instant win games shall have specified quantities of plays and | ||||||
| 9 | pools, prize structures, and odds and shall be similar in | ||||||
| 10 | design to those used in printed instant scratch-off lottery | ||||||
| 11 | games. The private manager shall obtain the Director's approval | ||||||
| 12 | before providing any draw games or interactive instant win | ||||||
| 13 | games. Any games that are approved for sale by Lottery retail | ||||||
| 14 | licensees are automatically approved for sale on the Internet. | ||||||
| 15 | The Department shall maintain responsible gaming controls in | ||||||
| 16 | its policies.".
