SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 

    Requires the Department of Transportation, on behalf of the State of Illinois, to convey, by quitclaim deed, all right, title, and interest of the State of Illinois and the Department of Transportation in and to certain real estate to the Village of Bensenville. Effective immediately.

1    AN ACT concerning property.

 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
3represented in the General Assembly:

 
4    Section 5. The State of Illinois owns the following 
5described real estate, which is under the control of the 
6Department of Transportation:
 
7EO-1B-12-072 (16W0501B description from IDOT Excess Parcel 
81WY0886 exception)  PIN 03-11-202-039
 
9That part of Lot 2 in First Addition to Klefstad's Bensenville 
10Industrial Park in the east half of the Northeast Quarter of 
11Section 11, Township 40 North, Range 11 East of the Third 
12Principal Meridian, according to the plat thereof recorded 
13October 26, 1977, as Document Number R77-097746, in DuPage 
14County, Illinois; described as follows: bearings and distances 
15are based on the Illinois State Plane Coordinate System, East 
16Zone NAD83 (2007 adj.).
 
17Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence South 
1888 degrees 35 minutes 39 seconds West along the south line of 
19said Lot 2, a distance of 55.01 feet to a line 55.00 feet west 
20of and parallel with the east line of said Lot 2; thence North 
2100 degrees 23 minutes 22 seconds West along said parallel line

1476.16 feet; thence North 07 degrees 13 minutes 56 seconds West 
2100.72 feet to a line 67.00 feet west of and parallel with the

514.00 feet south of and parallel with the north line of said 
6Lot 2; thence South 89 degrees 39 minutes 34 seconds West along 
7said parallel line 348.16 feet; thence North 00 degrees 20 
8minutes 26 seconds West 14.00 feet to said north line of Lot 2; 
9thence North 89 degrees 39 minutes 34 seconds East along said 
10north line 415.15 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 2;

14    Section 10. The real estate described in Section 5 is no 
15longer needed by the State of Illinois. Therefore, the 
16Department of Transportation, on behalf of the State of 
17Illinois, shall convey by quitclaim deed all right, title, and 
18interest of the State of Illinois and the Department of 
19Transportation in and to the real estate described in Section 5 
20of this Act to the Village of Bensenville, for and in 
21consideration of $1.
 
22    Section 15. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a 
23certified copy of this Act within 60 days after this Act's 
24effective date and shall record the certified document in the

2    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
3becoming law.
