SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Christina Marie "Tina" Kessler of Alton,
4who passed away on February 9, 2018; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Tina Kessler was born at the United States Army
6Hospital in Pisa, Italy to Bill and Pat Kessler on March 7,
71970; she graduated from Marquette High School in 1989; she
8then took coursework at Lewis and Clark Community College; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Tina Kessler worked at St. Francis Day Care; and
 
10    WHEREAS, Tina Kessler loved to celebrate Christmas and
11Easter, as well as her Irish roots; she enjoyed spending time
12with her large family; she will be remembered for her positive
13attitude, beautiful smile, and gentle nature; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Tina Kessler was a loving daughter, sister, niece,
15cousin, granddaughter, and aunt; and
 
16    WHEREAS, Tina Kessler is survived by her parents; her
17brothers and sisters, Fr. Bill Kessler, John (Dawn), Tim
18(Rachel), Jen (Chris), Kate, Joe (Annie), and Dan (Rebecca);
19her nieces and nephews, Collin, Riley, Andrew, Alicia, Ava,
20Aidan, Adela, Elizabeth, Matthew, Mercedes, Maddie, and

1Maggie; and her friend, Jesse Mae Chavours; therefore, be it
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the loss of
4Christina Marie "Tina" Kessler and extend our sincere
5condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved
6her; and be it further
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
8presented to the family of Tina Kessler as an expression of our
9deepest sympathy.
