AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 58

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 58 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

    “ Section 5. The amount of $300,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Schaaf-Yang Syndrome Fund to the Department of Public Health to be used in accordance with the provisions of Section 6z-107 of the State Finance Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.".
