Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, as follows:

    AN ACT concerning appropriations.

 

        Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

 

 

ARTICLE 1

 

    Section 1.  The following named amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated for the objects and purposes hereinafter named, to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities:

Payable from Council on Developmental

 Disabilities Fund:

  For Personal Services............................ 754,400

  For State Contributions to the State

   Employees' Retirement System.................... 409,600

  For State Contributions to

   Social Security.................................. 57,700

  For Group Insurance.............................. 240,000

  For Contractual Services......................... 400,000

  For Travel........................................ 43,000

  For Commodities................................... 10,000

  For Printing...................................... 15,000

  For Equipment..................................... 15,000

  For Electronic Data Processing.................... 35,000

  For Telecommunications Services................... 35,000

    Total                                        $2,014,700

 

    Section 5.  The amount of $2,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Council on Developmental Disabilities Fund to the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities for awards and grants to community agencies and other State agencies.

 

Section 99.  Effective Date.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2019.
