SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $35,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Higher Education for all costs associated with emergency completion grants and a competitive grant program for public university student support services. Effective July 1, 2020.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $35,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Higher Education for all costs associated with emergency completion grants and a competitive grant program for public university student support services.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2020.
