2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2557 on page 1, line 
312, by deleting "in writing"; and
 

4on page 1, line 14, by changing "facial expressions" to "video 
5interview"; and
 

6on page 1, line 16, by changing "an information sheet" to 
7"information"; and
 

8on page 1, line 18, by changing "what" to "what general types 
9of"; and
 

10on page 1, line 20, by deleting "written"; and
 

11on page 1, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:

12"intelligence program as described in the information

1on page 2, line 5, by changing "is" to "or technology is"; and
 

2on page 2, by replacing lines 8 through 12 with the following:
3    "Section 15. Destruction of videos. Upon request from the 
4applicant, employers, within 30 days after receipt of the 
5request, must delete an applicant's interviews and instruct any 
6other persons who received copies of the applicant video 
7interviews to also delete the videos, including all 
8electronically generated backup copies. Any other such person 
9shall comply with the employer's instructions.".
