| 8 | "(e) Nothing in this Section shall be construed to require | ||||||
| 9 | a group policy of accident and health insurance to provide | ||||||
| 10 | coverage if the group is unable to meet mandatory minimum | ||||||
| 11 | participation requirements set by the insurer.".
