| 3 | 8, by inserting after "140.403(a)(5)." the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "An examination via an Interactive Telecommunication System | ||||||
| 5 | may only be used for certification under this Section when a | ||||||
| 6 | psychiatrist is not on-site within the time period set forth in | ||||||
| 7 | this Section. If the examination is performed via an | ||||||
| 8 | Interactive Communication System, that fact shall be noted on | ||||||
| 9 | the certificate.".
